For example, you must not use the site's functions, such as the contact form, in such a way that their use leads to the transmission of viruses or the publication of illegal or inappropriate content. For example, you have the right to download information from this website and reproduce it for private use, as well as the right to distribute it free of charge and communicate it within the family circle.

The information published on the site may contain inaccuracies of any kind. The information is provided in good faith and has been analyzed beforehand. However, Privanot does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information it contains.

Privanot cannot be held liable for the unauthorized or improper use of the information on the site. Privanot expressly reserves the right to amend the information available on the site at any time.

Privanot is not responsible for malfunctions or interruptions of the site. These do not entitle you to any financial compensation.

5. Privacy policy

5.1 Personal data processed when using the site

You access the website anonymously unless you provide personal data via the contact form. Your data will only be processed if this is necessary for the intended purpose. If this is not the case, your data will be destroyed immediately.

If you submit a spontaneous job application, your professional details will be kept in the Privanot database for three years.

If you request information on the services provided, the personal data you provide will only be kept for the duration of the exchange. If Privanot provides services to you as a result of these exchanges, your personal data will be processed in accordance with section 5.2 "Personal data processed in connection with the provision of services".

5.2 Personal data processed in connection with the provision of services

Privanot is responsible for processing identification and contact details. These details are processed for the purposes of customer management and to serve legitimate billing and prospecting interests. The data subjects can exercise their right to access data, to rectify, to delete and to object to the use of their personal data directly and free of charge at Privanot. If the data subject believes that his or her rights have not been respected, he or she can submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority. Privanot will cooperate fully in the event of an audit, whether conducted directly by you or by another auditor appointed by you.

6. Settlement of disputes, jurisdiction and applicable law

The present conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels-Capital (Belgium) are competent.
